Treffer: Hardware design of data acquisition system based on YTM32.
Weitere Informationen
The industrial control field requires a data acquisition system with strong compatibility and enough channels to support diverse application scenarios. This research proposes a novel hardware system based on the YTM32B1LE05 microcontroller, along with the development of the corresponding software. The system effectively addresses diverse signal measurement and acquisition challenges, while reducing the high costs of acquisition systems. The novelty of this work is that it is an intact system utilizing low-cost single chip microcomputer for data collection in the industrial field. The new system effectively conquers the existing system's challenges in signal collection accuracy and scalability. In this research, the system hardware is designed using Altium Designer, while the software is developed with YT Config Tool and Keil uVision5. The test results indicate that compared to standard I/O, the single-cycle I/O access speed of the system's main control chip is increased by 50%, greatly enhancing its responsiveness to external events. The hardware is reliable and stable, with each module providing consistent signal output, fully meeting the basic requirements for industrial equipment data collection. Software debugging and modifications are efficient. This system significantly reduces data acquisition costs and operational times, offering considerable practical value in industrial applications.
