*Further Information*
*The growth of cyber protection platforms has changed global commerce, giving possibilities that have never been seen before for both consumers and companies alike. A platform known as e-commerce allows consumers and businesses to connect over the Internet to purchase and sell items. Indeed, the fact that more and more individuals are opting to purchase online is a windfall for websites specializing in e-commerce. Despite this, cybercrime is nevertheless on the increase exponentially, posing a significant risk. Credit card frauds, sophisticated phishing attempts, and malicious bots are just a few of the obstacles the e-commerce company faces. There are also millions of other issues, all of which result in a loss of money and harm to the organization's image. The enhancement of e-commerce platforms uses the implementation of Multi-Layered Security Frameworks - (MLSF), the fulfilment of regulatory requirements, and the incorporation of emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. The paper covers and analyzes a variety of cyber attacks that have been launched against top e-commerce websites, as well as vulnerabilities that regularly impact e-commerce web applications. As a result of significant data breaches, people's faith in our digital security has been undermined. The foundational pillars of cyber security are confidentiality, which guarantees the safety of the customer's sensitive information such as bank card details, and integrity, which means ensuring that the data is accurate and reliable throughout the entire process of browsing and conducting transactions on an e-commerce website, and availability of the data that is requested. The e-commerce business must maintain cyber security concerns at the forefront of all management choices to guarantee the continuity, resilience, and agility of the processes that are now in place. The most important area of concern is the protection of the customers' personal information and data. It is anticipated that this would result in management decision support in the e-commerce business that is both improved and more comprehensive. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]*
