*The Internet has grown significantly in terms of resources and usage during the last 20 years. Governments will increasingly use the Internet to deliver their services. Currently, they use it to enlighten their residents and the global community. Businesses use the Internet to efficiently and smoothly share and exchange information with their divisions, suppliers, partners, and customers. Academic and scientific institutions increasingly rely on the Internet as a means of communication and as a platform for sharing research findings quickly. Even social networking sites on the internet have emerged as the primary means of communication in the twenty-first century. As a result, the Internet has evolved into a worldwide information superhighway for managing banking operations, government agencies, online businesses, emergency services, transportation, emergency medical care, and other services. As a result, the modern world depends heavily on the Internet's infrastructure and services continuing to function properly. Therefore, uninterrupted Internet access is essential to the socioeconomic development of society. However, there are numerous opportunities for assaults on the Internet's infrastructure and services due to the inherent weaknesses in its architecture.
