The increasing Internet of communication worldwide connects all the services globally to share the services through a decentralized cloud environment. As communication needs security to provide communication, almost most of the communication is monitored by a firewall security system to identify malicious communication and take action by cyber security systems. However, advanced hacking standards are handled by attackers to create data theft from communication media. So, information security is essential, as it analyzes communication features and security. The prevailing cyber security systems have more drawbacks due to insecure because monitoring failures in communication parameters cause low security and data breaches. To resolve this problem, a robust cyber security interference security system (RCSISS) for a decentralized cloud environment should be implemented using the Sniffer-centric transmission control technique (SCTCT). The proposed system monitors the communication medium in data flow, packet delay tolerance, secure handover policy, and acknowledgement retention parameters, which are relationally secured by a critical verification policy to transfer the packets in each node in the cloud. The monitored data is handled by a security system with a crypto key policy (CKP) over the packet verification at the time of packet flow from one node to another node. The provable packet verification scheme (PPVS) verified the packet flow to secure communication and improve security. The proposed system's performance also attains high security at all monitoring levels and ensures data transfer over other existing models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
