*The person's attitude and emotion can be recognized from their facial expressions. People frequently use their facial expressions to convey their feelings. Music is one item that can alter someone's mood. Lips and eyes serve as more than just sensory receptors; they also let us know how someone is feeling. The article offers a model named Emotion-based Smart Music Recommendation System a computer programmer that makes it easier for users to make playlists and play music. The initiative attemptsto record a person's feelings through their facial expressions and uplift their spirits by playing music that is appropriate for the circumstance. It can gradually settle the user's mind and captures and recognizes the emotion they are expressing; therefore, it typically has a positive impact. Through the use of the computer system's webcam interface, the music player is made to record human emotions. The system takes the user's photo when the application launches. The photo was captured using a webcam. After saving the previouslyacquired image, rendering will begin. The user's mood may alter after some time, and it might or might not change. As a result, the picture is taken after every song or predetermined amount of time. And the image will be sent on to the following stage. Mood modification may occasionally be useful in overcoming depressive and sad circumstances. Expression analysis is capable of reducing the number of health concerns and enhancing user mood. As a result, the suggested system offers a face-based emotion detection systemto identify emotions and play appropriate music can be suggested for IoT platform such as wearable device.
